PDF & 3D Tools: Free 3D CAD Viewer & Offline PDF Editor
Open STEP, IGES, STL, GLTF and 40+ other formats, and edit scanned PDFs with local OCR. Free in your browser, on Windows and on Android, with every file processed on your own device.
A CAD viewer and PDF editor that stays on your device
PDF & 3D Tools (also called PDF & 3D Enterprise Tools) is TEKTHRILL's productivity suite for engineers, designers, students and offices. It does two jobs that usually need two expensive programs: it opens industry-standard 3D CAD files, and it edits scanned PDF documents with optical character recognition (OCR).
Everything runs locally. The app does not send your files to a server to convert, process or redact them: OCR, 3D CAD translation, compression and exporting all happen on your own device. That makes it suitable for confidential engineering drawings and company documents.
Open STEP, IGES, STL and more without CAD software
The 3D viewer is powered by a compiled Open Cascade Technology (OCCT) engine running in WebAssembly, with WebGL rendering through Three.js. You can load STEP and IGES assemblies, mesh formats such as STL, OBJ and GLTF, and inspect them with orbit, zoom and pan, section cuts and shaded or wireframe views. It also opens DXF 2D drawings and Gerber PCB layers with NC drill files.
Edit scanned PDFs with on-device OCR
The local OCR engine extracts searchable text from scans, photos and screenshots. In scanned PDFs you can edit text directly, annotate, highlight, redact, add signatures and draw, then export with the original layout. You can also merge several PDFs, split a document into page ranges, and reorder, rotate or delete pages.

It works in the browser at productivity.tekthrill.com, on Windows and on Android through Google Play.
Open them in PDF & 3D Tools by TEKTHRILL. It uses a compiled Open Cascade Technology (OCCT) engine in WebAssembly to load STEP (.step, .stp) and IGES (.iges, .igs) models directly on your device, in the browser, on Windows or on Android, without installing CAD software.
Yes. PDF & 3D Tools has a built-in offline OCR engine that turns scanned text into editable text on your device. You can select, change and replace text in scanned documents, then annotate, highlight, redact, sign, merge or split pages.
No. PDF & 3D Tools processes files on your own device. OCR, 3D CAD loading, compression and exporting all run locally, so drawings and documents are not uploaded to a remote server.
